- Removable Thermal Insulation Cover -

The Removable Thermal Insulation Cover from Heaterk is designed to keep the temperature of pipes or machinery as high as possible and to insulate the protected object from high temperatures in the event of a fire. It is tailor-made with multi-layer fabric produced by Heaterk . It is composed of multiple layers of high-temperature heat-resistant insulation fabric. As an insulation layer , these insulation materials can also protect equipment from flames. The outer surface of the Insulation Cover is made of silicone-coated fiberglass fabric , which can provide insulation, sealing, and flame-retardant protection . At the same time, the inner layer (the part in contact with the device) can choose different fabrics according to different environments. Heaterk insulation Blankets provide the following inner fabrics: High Silica Fabric , Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric , Ceramic Fiber Fabric, Graphite Coated Fiberglass Fabric . The materials, as mentioned above, can withstand the highest temperature from 600°C to 1960°C and provide excellent durability.


The removable insulation covers adopt a non-fully enclosed design and are easily removable. At the same time, this structure can better fit tightly the equipment that needs to be protected. The side seal adopts flame-retardant Velcro , or you can contact us to choose the closure method you want , such as spring, horn, metal buckle, etc., and we can provide it.
