HKJTB Series Fabric is a mechanical grade material constructed of a PTFE (Teflon) coated woven glass fiber substrate with a textured non-stick surface. This mechanical fabric can operate in dynamic conditions from -100°F (-73°C) to 550°F (288°C). It has the advantages of dimensional stability, durability, excellent tensile strength, and very low elongation (<1%).

This Teflon-coated fiberglass fabric from Heaterk has moderate release properties and high heat resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring mechanical impressions. The lighter PTFE coating makes it more cost-effective. Some texture on the surface will create a slight pattern in the heat seal. This impression can be transferred to seals requiring surface texture.

HKJTB series Teflon fiberglass fabric complies with FDA standards (21 CFR177.1550).
